Scorpion Garlic Hot Sauce 8

2020 3rd Place “Extra Hot” Category – Old Boney Mountain Hot Summer Night The first hot sauce we ever made was a thick, mostly pepper sauce and it was awful. Too hot, no flavor, could melt a hole in granite etc. This is a throwback to that sauce because it’s still got a ton of peppers in there, but now it is tasty and a little less likely to burn a hole in your linens. If you’ve followed us for a while you know we enjoy peppers-first sauces (similar to our Serrano Garlic sauce) and this continues that trend. The bottle is half full of scorpion peppers and the rest is just a vessel to allow you to get it onto your foods. Ratios are important and we feel like we nailed it with this one.
